Harriet Wallace, co-host and co-creator of the "No BS" podcast", mixes the right dose of light and humor with hard facts and headlines. Her ability and reputation to be fair and ask the hard questions with no fear, has garnered her multiple awards including multiple Emmy awards being named a finalist for the 2011 Pulitzer Prize in journalism and awards from the Tennessee Association of Broadcasters and the Associated Press.

She is one of the unique journalists who has excelled on all platforms - radio, print, TV and online. She covers all stories but has emerged as a prominent political voice in Nashville. It doesn't hurt that she's a candidate for her PhD in Public Administration & Public Policy.

With more than 20 years of journalism under her belt, the "media-preneur" is the architect of multiple successful talk shows. She played a key role in The Tennessean's early development of its digital platform and is the co-architect of Tennessee State University's media convergence program in the School of Communications.

She practices journalism but she also teaches it on the collegiate level. During her time as a professor at TSU, she served as the faculty advisor for the student newspaper The Meter. Under her leadership, The Meter won the most journalism awards in the program's history. Additionally, she is a highly sought after Communications expert who specializes in crisis communication and strategic communication, as well as advising candidates, elected officials, and executives.

When she's not on the mic, in the classroom, or boardroom, you can catch her spending time with her two fur babies - Sassy & Teddy - and her husband Scott Wallace with whom she is happily married and co-owns a media production and consulting company.
